Why are luxury hotel doing better than the hotel industry as a whole?
Sometimes it's about quality and not quantity. Some businesses forget about these things, but for the ones that do not they do better in the long run.
This also could be because they have more funds and private investors. This leads into more marketing campaigns and not losing their quality at the same time.
Returning customers keep coming back to there hotels and tell their friends about the wonderful employees and rooms they have aka viral marketing.
