Can a person be removed from property who's not on the lease?

Can a person be removed from property who's not on the lease?
It depends on state or local law. It also depends on the person. Is it a husband, wife, child, or other relative? What is the situation? How bad do you want that person removed? First, if you can, find out the information about said person. Then, you may have someone at a local governmental office who can answer that question or you may need a lawyer. The United States has 50 states, one district, one commonwealth, and scattered territories. Each has its own laws.
