During a war the government will stimulate what types of weaponsare required for the nation's military's ability to prosecute thewar. The government is depending on the nation's defense industryto respond in the fastest way and take the necessary efforts to doso. In a sense, this in not "interdependence". The country'sdefense industry has already been producing weapons for the nationand for overseas sales. The over seas sales will be subordinated bydomestic polices. Based on the particular economic status of thenation's economy, the defense industry will be paid a fair pricefor the weapons. If this requires less because of the conditionsthe war has produced, that will be settled later when levels of"stress" are lowered.
