What is flexi-hours?
These hours are not subject to 45 hours per week. You get to work alternative hours for instance, this week you work on monday then again on Thursday and perhaps on Sunday. Normally, you do not work 8 hours like all other workers, but you can be askjed to leave before end of the day.
