What is an offer and aceptance?
When you apply to a firm and most likely be interviewed, you await a reply from them; feedback if you will. If they thought you were good enough they will givemake you an offer.
Bear in mind, the offer is different from the contract. The offer includes information like your position, your basic salary, any accommodations and/or insurance policies.
Acceptance is when you say yes.
