Every MBA course contains a project (practical work) to get knowledge practically. you have to prepare project on a topic of your main stream. I.e, finance,marketing or hr or it. you have get an organization permission to do a study on their organizational internal and external matters and have to prepare a report of at least 100 pages. i have done my MBA from osmania university.they have more than a thousand topics, have many clients and have many solutions to projects and assignments. they charge very low to guide you through your project till binding work.
