Business is business no government should interfere customer?

Business is business no government should interfere customer?
Well, in general I think governments should not interfere in private business transactions between two parties. However, there are certainly aspects of business that government must be involved in. For example, if the produce at your local supermarket had a certain price/pound listed which was lower than their competition, but when you actually went to weigh the food with their scale and the scale showed it as being heavier than it actually was, you might think you were getting a good price but actually end up paying just as much or more. That's fraud and the government is going to be involved. First of all, they as a trusted impartial third party must decide what exactly a pound means and having law enforcement power, must make sure that those people claiming to show pounds with scales show it accurately.
