In the recession time what we have to do is first of all to collect the data about the women working single or a single parent looking after the children. then for the other women and especially for the working couple, we should cut the jobs for women as whatever jobs are available in the market a men should be given the preference as he has to look after the family and if a man is engaged in the job society will run smooth and the crime will also be less as they will be busy in their bread and butter by doing the job.
