ones who are friendly, like people, are courteous, have clean appearance ( fingernails a must) , will remember their clients, have a knowledge of the products they sell: such as prices, ingredients , knowledge of flavors, tastes, & consistencies, have food handlers permit, and enjoy short multiple sales.
