How is Organic farming a sustainable development?
It is sustainable insofar as it is natural, the pertinent questionis does it provide a sustainable income?
The amount of food a crop requires to provide it's own replacementis minimal. A farmer requires more than minimal returns so requiresto supplement the crops diet to produce extra for a crop.
Inorganic methods provide bumper short term returns with some sideeffects, but, organic will provide a smaller crop thereforerequiring higher prices.
