How do you answer 'What can you contribute to our company' in a job interview?
This is a personal question for you. Don't search for an answers inany browser.... just say what you feel and make it sincere. Tellthem what you can do to help the company. You should answer withwhatever the company is.
For this question, I think you should speak out your strengths, forexample: "I am an honest girl, I will be devoted to my company." Ithink any boss who hears this will be happy.
I think you should be your real self rather than forming what youare not. Tell them what you can give to your company not what youcan get from your company.
The best thing to do in a job interview is walk and talk as if youare already have the job. Proceed like you have the most confidencein the world and there is no competition because you are the best.So what can you contribute to the company? The answer is simple myknowledge, my experience, my well being and responsibility. I amthe best candidate for this position if not better (confidencepart) and I am ready to put my blood sweat and tears into thiscompany (not literally but you know). If they say they what100%.you say I am prepared to give you the full 300 plus more andthat's what I can contribute to your company. Also brush up on thedictionary be inquisitive but not to the point were it isexasperating and don't be over exaggerate. Be yourself while at thesame time being who they want as apart of there company. Trust me Iwork for the government.
Firstly, I agree with the first line in in the firstanswer......you speak your heart out...My added suggestions are:
first you thoroughly inquire about the organization you areapplying for, check out what kind of service itprovides........then try to analyze your expected position and workprofile in the organization....then beforehand think about what arethe qualities or experiences you have which favor the work youwould be doing in the organization...then it becomes very simplefor you to answer such questions.
NOTE: The more familiar you are about the organization and work,more confident you will be in answering questions.....ultimatelymore chances of getting a job.
The other thing you can do is say you're a hard worker and stufflike that.
The best answer to that question is, just as mentioned above. Youshould do some research on the company that called you for aninterview. Most companies call potential candidates at least 24hourbefore the interview so that is enough time for you to get on theInternet and read all you can about the position applied for andthe overall company. one important part in which you and (everybodywho goes through interviews) is to read the companies goals and"expectations" I cannot stress enough on how many individuals gounprepared into interviews, not knowing where the employer isaiming at.
If you did no have time to research about the job/company and youfound your self sitting in front of the employer, firstly do notshow that you are nervous, a great way to do this is to constantlysmile and keep an eye contact, no matter what, and yes do usepauses the employer will only appreciate you more because youactually THINK before you speak. tell them of your qualities, andyou experiences. Tell them of the things that you had accomplished,even if its small such as "improving the way people do something atyour University, or such....." they are simply looking forInitiative and leadership (again depending on what the job appliedfor is..)
Research about employer. if no time and your are the spot , thenyou;
Smile and keep eye contact, take your time speaking, speak withconfidence, tell them about your qualities, and tell them of SOMEof you personal goals that is similar to the company, (ex: personalfinancial success, personal growth, etc)
they'll love you for it.
