Job offers can be compared based on 3 factors:
1. compensation level: how much does each job pay? what about vacation time? how are pension plans organized? are there insurance benefits? how are bonuses determined?
2. responsibilities: what kind of responsibilities does each job offer? will you enjoy the type of work? how heavy is the work load? what are the prospects of promotion?
3. location and company:which company have a better reputation? which will give you better experience? which location suits you better? which company culture fits you?
