Compare the malolos constitution 1935 1972 and the present constitution?
There can never be a comparison, the 1899 Malolos Constitution is the authentic and real constitution of the Republica Filipina (Philippine Republic), all other so called "constitutions" are nothing but fakes. It is like saying that there are other constitutions of the U.S. other than the 1776 Declaration of Independence.
