Is it legal to send your business pitch snail mail?
Yes it is legal. Snail mail refers to mail sent via United States Postal Services. It may also be wise to use this form of delivery rather than other forms of electronic delivery. For any business sending important documents such as a business proposal, it is important to be able to confirm that this information is going to get to the right person at the right time, even if there are added charges for the service.
The US government places legal restrictions on the truth-level of stuff sent by snail mail. I am unaware of similar restrictions, if sent by email.
