Can a part-time worker collect unemployment in Connecticut?

Can a part-time worker collect unemployment in Connecticut?
Currently on UE:
A part-time worker in CT who has otherwise previously met the requirements for unemployment may work part-time and receive an adjusted unemployment rate.
In CT, this adjusted rate can be calculated by reducing your Weekly Benefit Rate by 2/3 of your gross wages earned for that week.

Working PT, but not on UE:
Provided you meet all other satisfying criteria, partially-employed individuals are typically eligible for an adjusted Weekly Benefit. More detailed information can be found at: http://www.ctdol.state.ct.us/progsupt/unemplt/claimant-guide/uc-288.pdf or by calling your local CT Works Career Center (http://www.ctdol.state.ct.us/ContactInfo/Default.html).
