You start a business making a product that is in demand. the product is originally made by local labour. A product similar to the one you produce is imported and sold at a lower price then you can afford to make your product for as a result of lower labour cost over seas. To stay in business you have to have the product made by the labour that produces your competitors product or go broke producing stock that wont be sold because it is too expensive.Local outsourcing is usually a simple case of the outside producer being able to produce at a better price or being able to be more reliable.
