the aims and objectives of foot locker would have to be the same as every other store to make money and build up a clientele. They sell shoes cheap but still with a 50-60% markup of what the buy it for(estimation) so they can say its on sail for 25% of and your still paying 25-35% more then they paid for it.if this confusses you visit their website.
