tell them you will do your best and your talets offer alot to the company say that you can relate to people and do whatever needs to be donetell them about your strenths and weaknesses but dont say im horrible at this , this and this adress your weakness and say that you wont let your weakness get in the way of what important if that dosent win them i dont know what will
