Is a petition with repeated names on different pages acceptable?
There is always a potential for a petition to have separate people with same names. In the majority of petitions an address or postcode /zip code is used to define individuals
In reality although its not correct to do have duplication of the same person - I have yet to meet the poor devil that read through a large petition to identify id there are duplications. However, its ALWAYS a good practice to be HONEST. If a partition is being used to influence and situation, record a communities dissatisfaction or to add punch to a complaint it would be pretty poor to stoop to bad practice.
