Exchange Act Rule 12b-2 lists the various types of filers. 1. Largeaccelerated filers. 2. Accelerated filers. 3. Non-acceleratedfilers. 4. Smaller reporting companies. Large accelerated filershold $700 million or more in worldwide market value. Acceleratedfilers hold $75 million or more in worldwide market value.Non-accelerated filers have a public capital of less than $75million. Smaller reporting companies are non investment companies.
