What is the important of organization?
The importance of organization has to do with its resources, infrastructure, policies and business systems.
An organization is the formation of an administering system with certain capability to utilize resources in order to facilitate functions which its policies govern and by which its infrastructure can optimize and secure.
An organization can be one person's business model or a conglomeration of any number of persons who share a common objective or interest. An organization will include tools which aid in implementing and controlling the systems whose performance and services are instrumental to the ability to sustain operations for how ever long the organization is intended to exist and meet its goals.
Without organization many if not all businesses or formed entities and groups would have no system to expedite its plans or to monitor progress or methods used in completing the milestones towards its goals or provide feedback to control the processes necessary for growth and success.
