It really depends on the minimum wage of your area. Team Leaders make $3.00 more an hour, starting, than a team member. In my area we start team leaders at $10.50 per hour. A team leader will most likely max out at $14.00 per hour through annual raises. However it will take you about 5-8 years to get there.
