Who is Andrew mc Donald?
Andrew McDonald, Chief Executive Andrew McDonald joined Government Skills in December 2006 as Chief Executive. He has worked in Whitehall since 2000, mostly in change management, strategy and policy roles. From 2003 he ran the constitutional reform programme at the Department for Constitutional Affairs. Earlier in his career he trained as an historian and worked for the National Archives. He has written on public policy and modern British history and spent 2005-06 on a Fulbright Fellowship at the University of California, Berkeley where he was writing a book on constitutional reform and national identity.
