How is auditors remuneration disclosed in America?
Since 2011, new laws have been provided for how auditorsremunerations must be disclosed. All companies must provideremuneration details in their annual report and large companiesmust also provide a detailed breakdown of the amounts paid toauditors and what services were provided.
