Is there a 10 million American dollar bill?
No. The current bills in circulation is
$1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100's, but the $2 bills are not printed as often as other denominations.

The largest currency ever produced was a $100,000 series 1934 Gold Certificate, printed from 1934 through 1935, and were only for transactions from the Treasurer of the United States to the Federal Reserve Banks.

They used to print $500, $1,000, $5,000, and $10,000 but they stopped being printed during WWII
