Its depends on YOUR country of origin as to whether a formal licence is required or not. In most cases fund raising is undertaken on behalf of a charity
able organisation. The fund raisers would have to be registered with that charity so that fraudulent collections did not take place. Sadly there are some that pretend to be collecting for very good causes and end up funding their own .........
