Can you own a limited liability company if you have a felony conviction on your record?
I don't see why not. If you have a criminal record one option is to run your own business. If you want to go limited, it just means you pay the extra taxes to be recognizing your firm as an "individual" so to speak. double check, but I seriously doubt it would hinder you in any way.cheers.Mi.
