Dismissal of employee according to Labor code of the Philippines?
based on art.85 employer have a duty to give his employees not lessthan sixty min. time off for thier regular meals,but my employerdeductive the 1hr break from my overtime ,my schedule is7am-7pm(8hrs.regular work,3hrs overtime and the remaining 1hr isfor breaktime a total of 12hrs).is their any violation to the partof employer for not giving a min. for breaktime?
