1. human capital refers to the people who posses the knowledge and enterprises together the other factors of production.
2. investment in the human capital yields a return just like investment in physical capital
3. its is essential as physical capital cannot produce goods and services on their own.
4. humans have made these physical capital without human they are useles..!!
