Who has the best web technology?
It depends what you're looking for. If it's anything but the most complex business applications, I would say go with PHP (which is a free but a very robust and able platform). If not ASP (which is from Microsoft and costs alot). There are also other options like JHTML (which aren't as commonly used)...
