Definitely. The effects can range from loss of memory, motor skills, and an overall decrease in the resistance of your immune system. The relationship a teenager has with his/her family will definitely deteriorate, and your grades will drop significantly. If you own a car, the chances of you getting into a life threatening accident include significantly, and if you have a boyfriend/girlfriend, the chances of losing them as a partner also increase.
All in all, don't drink. It ruins families. It is not a way to cope with hard times or difficult situations.. it only begets more sorrow.
