Would a business management degree be helpful in running a small construction business?

Would a business management degree be helpful in running a small construction business?
I have a business degree and while it has been useful, it is not the be all and end all of management.

I wold suggest that before you look at a degree, which can cost a lot of money, take a look at some other managment course available through private firms. They can be more benefical than a university degree.

The main area of management you will need to look at are , Human resource, accounting, marketing and operation control. You don't have to be the expert in these areas but know enough so that you know enough about what people are talking about.
