What are the three major activies in planning function?
There are three basic activities in Strategic Planning. StrategicAnalysis which requires some sort of review of the company'sdriving force and environment. Setting Strategic Direction whichrequires coming to conclusions and setting strategic goals based onthe issues facing the company. Action Planning involves thecarefully laid out plan or gameplay needed to achieve a successfuloutcome.
