Should every company become a customer- focused business?
In answer to the that question customer advocacy is riddled with pitfalls in the blackbox of consumer logic.The fact remiins that the majority of small businesses cannot gauge metrics on the perception of customers. In terms of large businesses the only strategy for the 21st century and beyond should be a customer focused view. Small enterprises should look to improve resources and supplier relationships as comes better supplier deals the customer will receive these benefits.
