Mr. Angus Reed is responsible for deal origination and opportunityassessments at Lotus Equity Group. Mr Reed brings his provenability to pursue complex transitions aggressively and applysophisticated solutions to the acquisition process. Mr. Reed has aglobal network of established relationships with private andinstitutional investors, with a strong focus on the Asian markets.His interests include design excellence and in particular theapplication of sustainable design solutions to the builtenvironment.
Angus has been involved in the delivery of over $1bn of projects inAustralia over the last decade. As a shareholder and co-founder ofLyons Capital, a property business based in Melbourne, Australia,Angus's responsibilities included deal origination, strategicplanning and relationship management of investors. Realisedinvestments include residential infill developments, commercialcentres and office buildings in both Tasmania and Victoria.

Current projects include large land sub-divisions in high growthareas of Queensland and Victoria and Wyndham Harbour, a marina andhousing development close to Melbourne. Prior to Lyons Capital,from 2000-2003, Angus was a financial consultant and shareholder of90 East Inc, Australia's leading online managed security companythat was sold in 2003 to Equity One, the venture capital arm ofBank One for AUD 23 million. Prior to 90 East Inc, Angus wasExecutive Director and shareholder of Australia Asia Management PtyLtd from 1995-2001, which was a manager of Flinders IndustrialProperty Trust.
