What effect does a deli have in an office building?
It depends on the deli owner. If he keeps the place neat and respects the location, he does not harm the view of the business. If he allows trash around his area and does not keep the place up to shape, it's negative for the business.For the workers, it's a benefit. They will not have to go far to get lunch or a snack. It benefits the business because they will not take as much time to go to lunch and therefore work more/longer.
