How to study for the Florida real estate exan?
The state exam is tricky. It's about 3 hours long and the questions are phrased so that there are 2 right answers, but one is MORE right than the other. If you went to real estate school you may have gotten a textbook with practice exams in it. I used that, and studied a LOT for about 2 weeks before my exam. It really really helped. You'll want your practice exam scores to be in the 90's and you will be comfortable when you take the test. The practice tests were nearly the same as the actual state exam, and it helped me get comfy with the way they put the questions (which are not always very straightforward on the exam!).
