Is Xcelera Inc still in business?
i called the company VBI INC> in the cayman islands last week . the person that anwsered the phone said the stock was virtually worthless! the vik brothers sold over 400 million of the stock when they new it was in the toilet! i can,t understand why the SEC has no control over this co. they can rip off investers without a second thought! we lost our entire life savings on this stock. if i ever see alex. vic someday,it will be an interesting meeting to say the least! he and his brother are real scumbags!!!
