Are broker's price opinions illegal in WV?
This could depend on many factors, but one question comes to mind. Are you a real estate agent in West Virginia? Are you currently completing Broker Price Opinions (BPO) or are you considering completing BPO's.If you are, then the first thing that I would do, would be to call or contact the WV real estate commission or whoever handles the real estate industry in WV.
